CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

Site Engineers provide construction administrations services which often include:

Bidding and construction contract documents preparation (we often recommend bidding right before final approvals to allow for construction to commence shortly after approvals are complete)
Review bids and provide a recommendation for award to the Owner
Respond to RFIs, submittals, change orders, and substitution requests
Participation or lead in the pre-construction and construction progress meetings
Review pay applications and make a recommendation for payment
Act as the Owner’s representative in observing construction for compliance to the plans and specifications

PEER REVIEW

In order to facilitate the transaction of real estate between a buyer and seller we provide independent peer review services of the design and constructibility of a “ready to go” project. We explore any opportunities to value engineer the site design. We identify any other possible issues regarding development and present possible solutions.
